There was a high turnover on developers.

The testing team is solid. There are good committed people working for this company.

There is a lot of low quality code that is awkward to work with. It's time consuming to complete fairly simple tasks there. They rewrote their main application last year. It was a disaster. This application is already loaded with technical debt. Most of the developers in the company quit while working on this project because the decision making from the architect was so poor.
