In-depth Training on the product and sales strategies. I was inspired by the CEO ability to grow the company. The product is really good and I still use it years later.

Pros

Autonomy, room to grow, team and individual recognition. This organization sets high standards and expects the same of its employees. Come on board bringing your A game or go home!

Cons

It's not easy living in San Diego. Having lived in SD for 5+ years, you get used to the pacific beaches, breezes and bar/restaurant scene, as well as the multitude of parks, hiking trails, and other things to do. So unless you're making $80K+, be prepared to rent a room out of someone's home or share an apartment. The 'sun tax' is steep but yes, it's worth it.
