There are no pros. Steer clear of this company

Cons

Long hours, no gratitude from management, NO RAISES, they do not give any type of performance review. You can be fired without knowing why or being given a chance to improve. Since it is a small company (approx 125 employees) there is no growth. If you are female you are treated with no respect. It is owned by one person who micromanages every single aspect of every body's job. And, beware, whenever management feels like it you will be terminated without warning. The CEO rules the company like a dictator of his own little country.

Everyone is friendly and make it a pleasure going to work each day. It’s really nice that management listens to suggestions and are open minded.

Cons

The building and nearby roads seems to be under renovation constantly. Making it a guessing game at times of where to go to get where you want.
