Fantastic people, leadership, and advanced technology in a fast paced environment. There is never a dull moment at SmartProcure. Every day is an exciting challenge.

Cons

You must be skilled, dedicated and hardworking and know how to manage workload effectively to survive here.

Pros

The company is growing at a fast-pace and therefore provides lots of room for growth/upward mobility. Very laid-back environment—I love it. No micromanaging here! Upper management trusts it’s employees to do the right thing. The pay is good; and work-life balance is valued here! So far, so good!

Cons

Some growing pains, but all for the good of the company and it’s people ! As a young company, this is excepted and welcomed. Not necessarily a con. However, if you’re not comfortable with change, this may be somewhat difficult for you to adjust to.

Pros

Helping the public and private sector work better is very rewarding. The company fosters teamwork and is helping me learn and improve myself.

Cons

Like any startup there is a lot to learn and a lot to do so you must be prepared to grow and start helping quickly. Doing the right thing for the right reasons is also very motivating.
