nothing ....hr are fake peole ,,,,humilation full ....frehers have no respect

Cons

SmartSoCs is a very bad company. They cheat freshers, never give full salary, and provide no training. They force people into client projects with fake experience, which can destroy careers. This company does not build any product. It runs only on employee exploitation. Seniors have poor technical knowledge but scare employees by saying they will never get jobs outside SmartSoCs. Management shows favoritism, does not follow Indian labor laws, and removes employees without paying salary. Full-time conversion promises are fake. HR blindly follows the CEO and is manipulative and unethical. Employees are disrespected, salaries are withheld, and notice period rules are misused for money. HR behavior is inhuman and political. Do not join this company. Especially not for freshers.
