1. almost none. 2. THANK YOU FOR LETTING US KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT AT ALL A GOOD COMPANY TO JOIN, WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE.

Cons

1. bad insurance policy. 2. bad hr policy. 3. bad work environment. 4. bad financial policy. 5. no value for employees educational background and hard work. 6. no enough pay as per efforts. 7. no discussion with anyone regarding hikes, very bad pay scales. 8. dont ever trust in variable pay, that is only there to ditch the employees.

Pros

Unlimited growth opportunities for exceptional performers This company is a mixture of everything, you get good work, Good place, Good Client and what else Good Salary and Benefits. They follow only one strategy make every person happy. We were never ever pressurized in terms of work or by anything. We are really happy and we really express our gratitude towards CEO and Management of the company. They really care about each and everyone in the company. I really wish them to be a huge success. Learning Scope is pretty good here in SmartSoC for freshers and even for senior people as well. Greatest strength of SmartSoC is it's CEO .

Cons

The only CON i see with them is they really work Hard irrespective of anything. Guys, get some rest.
