They have merged with Insilico and not paying F&F to exit employees, and immediately termination bench employees without intimation.

I didn't like anything about this company.

Cons

HR Management is disastrous. They don't give clear answers to the questions asked. The employee policies keep changing according to the will and mood of the HR. Salary is very low . They will try all means to extract money from you if you leave the company. They don't care about their employees who work at client locations. Hike letters are a scam here. Please read the terms and conditions very carefully. My advice to freshers would be to not spoil your career and hard earned money for such companies . Please wait for better opportunities.
