There are not enough employees. You are forced to work like you are two ppl, especially at the beginning and end of the months; which are the busiest times of the months. Some employees request too many off days a month and it is never looked into or even discussed with those employees, There's one girl in particular that request at least 5 days off each month, she uses the same excuses every time and they fall for it each time.

Demanding the work of a 50+ hour work week all while being paid for 36 hours at most per week for a little over minimum wage and that's the Manager!!!! Benefits you cannot afford to use, because you are being paid $10-12/hour!! Understaffed and forced to do jobs that a maintenance person should be doing while simultaneously staying at the office to service every customer that walks in the door. You definitely Know you are replaceable at this job, because the DM is there to remind you of it at Every turn and that's within your first month. Being Micromanaged as if you didn't have two brain cells to rub together to make heat!
