      Pros

      Typically your day is pretty steady but sometimes it can get boring mid month. As long as you don't work a location with the rental trucks then this job is pretty easy. Follow procedure and do what they ask you to when they ask you to and things will go pretty smoothly.

      Cons

      As a Manager you are not able to waive any fees or add credits to fix accounts. Also, the ordering system for cleaning supplies is very inconvenient. They also do not allow you to use petty cash for anything else but postage so if you forget something in your once a month order you are stuck without it until next months order or you have to run to another location, but they do pay you mileage.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, better pay than it's competitors, supportive upper management, ability to run your facility with minimal micromanagement, growing company

      Cons

      Typical storage industry challenges: it gets lonely with minimal person to person interaction at times. As with any company who has purchased another company, getting customers on board is a challenge.

      You get to meet new ppl.

      Cons

      There are not enough employees. You are forced to work like you are two ppl, especially at the beginning and end of the months; which are the busiest times of the months. Some employees request too many off days a month and it is never looked into or even discussed with those employees, There's one girl in particular that request at least 5 days off each month, she uses the same excuses every time and they fall for it each time.
