Pros

From the outside looking in it all looks okay but it is a thin veneer of respectability. Offices are a nice place to work with free tea and coffee. That's about it.

Cons

No structure, no communication, management change strategy direction with the wind, management don't listen, management just don't manage, cronyism, sexism, the list goes on . . .

Poor HR Policies in case of Employee Satisfactoin

Cons

Very poor HR ethics : 1. No parking place for employees is reserved. One has to pay for it everyday. 2. Pantry's situation is pathetic. Have to wait long to get place to sit for lunch. No cafeteria. 3. Tea and Coffee in Pantry are pathetic. You will puke even if you take a sip of it. 4. No CSR activities on HR's part. 5. They take forever to give confirmation letter. You have to eat their head for it. HR is neglectant of above issues and totally blunt about it.

Pros

None, unless you think working 50-60 hr weeks, plus weekends as a pro.

Cons

Horrible working conditions, unreasonable clients, management makes promises that they can't keep to clients and staff, product is total garbage - so many errors with their reference data and can never fix the problem. There is no career or growth opportunity here. No work ethics and extremely low morale, save yourself and don't bother applying
