      Pros

      Wonderful work opportunity for Cosmetologists just beginning to start their careers. Great way to build a clientele, while making money even during down time. No booth rent, no back bar purchasing, everything but shears are provided.

      Cons

      Must work every Saturday and most holidays. Hourly pay is minimum wage plus tips, most of the time because of the location of the salon tips were minimal, and people thought service prices were too high.

      Pros

      Good hours for part time, holidays off which is a plus, closes early on the weekends. Friendly staff great team to work with.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, always have dump rewards programs or try it this way, no this way. Do this, don't do that. It's never ending. Mandatory meetings that you don't get paid for because you work off commission, they try to tell you that you are getting paid for them but your not if you do enough to get paid commission.
