My names Jessica, I've worked for SmartStyle for about 4 years now and I've stuck around because of the support of my team and a hardworking leader. The harder you work the more you earn and there's always room to move up in the company after putting in the time and effort. It's great especially for new stylists because you can always rely on walk in guests to keep you moving and learning. It's easy to build a strong and loyal clientele here!

The company is amazing. They have classes for me to go to when needed. I've been through 2 district leaders in less than a year and both are amazing!!

Cons

The main con I have is when we get so busy that people on the waiting list turn around and walk out.
