Your doing what you love to do!

Cons

Lossy pay, cheap guest, poor upper management, they only cater to one type of clientele. Even thought they state there versatile. You will never commission because there aren't enough guest that come there. Not sure if it's because it's in Walmart. With the location people think it's low end hair styling. They hire a lot of girls who can't cut.

The Company has underwent major downgrades compared to the 90s and 2000s. I would work here if I just got out of school.

Everything no Saturdays off no decent commission. New policy's and rules ALL THE TIME..

You get to meet all different types of people and you can make your check bigger by doing more and you can only get 50% off during end of month.

Cons

The worst thing is that it gets really slow during tha summer time, and its hard to make any money unless you have clients.
