I’m working for a franchise I work closely with our owner does not micromanage all salons are different and how each salon is ran and how everyone gets along but this would be for all salons in general the location brings a ton of walk ins to build your clientele

Cons

The location is also a con because it can be a high turnover area and people didn’t care about their reputation so that can hurt public opinion

Always foot traffic inside Walmart

Cons

No real training, bad work environment, confined to a small area, gossip, pettiness, bad management, Smart style has a bad name for its self , you get the bottom of the barrel clientele that don’t really care about their hair. The hair products suck. Color line is awful. Stylists had racist and homophobic attitudes.
