Pros

Best part is the work environment; there is lot of work which is a good thing but cant really complain. Everybody is cool with their attitude toward work and getting the best out of everyone. Perks are awesome! Car share, bikes, subsidized food(very good food), train pass, shuttle services, beer and free food every alternate week and the list goes on. Most of the Engineers are very knowledgeable and they are always very excited about the product and so am I !

Cons

Some very good brains both at engineer level and at management. I believe its an opportunity for new people to chime in and learn and excel.

Fantastic, and I mean amazing people to work with. Excellent culture, benefits and compensation. Some of this brightest minds in the IoT industry. The platform is world class as are the people that support it.

Cons

Pros

It's a nice office centrally located in Palo Alto. Lots of nearby restaurants but expensive. Minneapolis office seems very closely knit.

Cons

CEO and Leadership team seems to have little to no vision nor do they seem to care about people working for them. High stress environment due to poor management, broken product and no roadmap.
