Worth the kinks in the system

Pros

- Filled top to bottom with great people - Life/work balance isn't a catchphrase, it's a real policy - Interesting products - Free, able, and encouraged to make your voice heard in all areas

Cons

- Relationship with Samsung is still tense and confusing sometimes - On the flip side of everyone's voice being heard, sometimes decisions need to be made. People are reluctant to be the Bad Person.

Some of the employees take it upon themselves to improve the culture.

Cons

Not enough resources. Depeding on what department you work in, very little work life balance. LOTS of turnover of key people-- that should be a signal that something is wrong. Direction always changing. Fuzzy decision making on strategic initiatives. Very little progress on big projects.
