The people are cool. Your co-workers will be fun to be around.

Cons

The management all run around like chickens with their heads cut off. One fire to the next. It is just an endless race to put out fires as fast as possible. Expecatations are never aligned acorss teams so when you deliver you can expect lots of "feedback". They also care little about their employees and work them like dogs and then have the audacity to ask for more. Would I work here again? Absolutely not!

Pros

Really great place to be at, if you are excited about IoT and working on a mature SmartHome platform. The company is at the point where it has to scale so plenty of opportunities to make an impact.

Cons

Still some confusions as to how to manage expectations with Samsung. Project planning and company priorities could be a little bit better, but we are getting there slowly and gradually.

Good benefit but keep going down A lot of projects and partnership with leading company A lot of huge guy with much experience

Cons

Management is disorganized Too many management roles and not enough developers Everyday is demo day and show somethings you deliver but without quality. Many experienced guy is a good sign but somewhat is lack of innovation. Experience and innovation is trade-off.
