1. People are soon recognized for their hard work easily 2. Good environment to work if you are under a Manager who understands importance of Quality 3. Good place for career growth 4. Management understands employees problems if taken to them 5. Company is free from dirty politics

Pros

- A nice growing company with lots of potential for career growth. - Nice and casual working atmosphere unlike the autocratic style of functioning usually seen in big companies. - Challenging projects with potential to learn new technologies and products. - Freedom to explore and innovate. - Managers / leads are approachable and co-operative. - Good recreational facilities to refresh yourself. - Flexible and transparent processes.

Cons

- High Work pressure sometimes requires you to work long hours and on some weekends. Not a daily routine but sometimes unavoidable.

Pros

Excellent and caring top management Good clients and work is good. I am working in Microsoft platform. Salary is credited on time always I got Variable Allowance on time. I got good hike also heh heh:-) Very open culture Guidance from seniors is there.

Cons

Two years only. No cons so far. One or two middle level manager should be controlled or changed.
