Most of our managers are problematic

Nothing. I don't recommend working for this company.

Cons

Most of the management are people who have problematic views and attitudes. The management is lackluster when it comes to providing support and resources to the employees. Our managers would rather verbally abuse us and yell at us the whole day than provide actual solutions to the problems in the workplace. Avoid!!!

Only have limited number clients, If any clients asked to remove any employees they don't have the capacity to maintain bench so they will terminate

SmarTek21 considers each employee on an individual bases when it comes to the end of their project and placing them on bench. Many factors are reviewed before a termination process is considered. Biased attitude was problematic

Pros

Some people here actually enjoyed being stressed and overworked. So, I was happy for them. Personally, I was not happy here.

Cons

The attitude of the top management was problematic. They never appreciated anyone. Everyone got the same financial growth no matter whether they worked long, brutal, and stressful hours or just sat there and relaxed. It was a ridiculous attitude that meant people couldn't trust the leadership. I also left when I learned the reality.
