Great folks around, new technologies to learn, so many fun events. Management is reachable, feedback and ideas are considered.

Cons

Need to work on more transparency, may be by making more interactive portals.

We are given great opportunities to work on a range of technologies therby Smartek is a great place to learn. The work environment is also very nice to be in. Both management and colleagues are very cordial in hearing to us.

Cons

It would be better if we have office cab facility for all employees. Also mainly during deliverable days where in we will be staying little late.
