Pros
Smartek21 is unlike any other company I’ve ever worked for or even heard of for that matter. Al is such a genuine, real guy that it’s hard not to love him. He makes it a point to get to know every single person who works for him and goes above and beyond to internalize the company’s values. I’m inspired every single day by the people that I work for and with.
Cons
Expectations are extremely high. Depending on how quickly you catch onto things and work through the projects on your plate, you may have to work long hours at the beginning or come in weekends. But if you can hack it for a few months, it more than pays off.
