People is awesome. The projects are always a challenge. The work environment is nice. The schedule is flexible as long as you meet your responsibilities. The benefits are goods.
Cons
Communication is a problem, not only between departments also within a team. As a company that is growing and has offices in various parts of the world, some people don't know how to communicate if it is not locally and that's part of the growing pains you are having.
