- Really flexible work hours. - Great team of Software Engineering to work with. - Different things to do on the same project.

Cons

- Lack of team management. - Disorganized work hierarchy organization. - Poor human resources. - Use of really old and deprecated software technologies. - No encouragement or motivation from the project leaders.
