While we have had to make some difficult decisions and tough calls over the course of the last year, our leadership team has tried to minimize the instances of layoffs and has set us on a course to avoid needing to make those decisions again. Cons

A bit stuffy at times. If you are looking for an open work environment where collaboration and creativity are at the forefront... this likely isn't the final destination for you. They will provide you with resources to master your skills (at current roles) but there isn't much going on outside of that.
