      Good remote culture, but metrics-driven and lacking product vision

      - Good work-life balance - Fully remote

      Cons

      - Performance is heavily driven by metrics such as AI adoption, merge request counts, and other quantitative measures. This often creates an environment where quantity is valued more than quality and long-term impact - Compensation is not competitive compared to similar companies in the market - There seems to be a lack of clear product vision. The company appears focused on chasing the latest AI trends and integrating AI into every possible area, regardless of whether it genuinely improves the product or solves real customer problems. The product is so poor that the company moved to Jira for day-to-day task tracking instead

However, we are disappointed to hear other aspects that you're not enjoying as much. Our goal with AI is to deliver genuine value rather than just chasing trends, and we're always seeking feedback from our customers and employees.
