Most of the knowledge is concentrated among a small handful of people and no one cares Nothing works well anymore The support staff can't even support the product internally anymore

There is a general sense that the company is starting the right its course and beginning to develop some meaningful change into the product again.

Cons

Be under no illusions that this company is being ran how you would expect any private equity company to be run, and it is not fun.
