      Pros

      I switched careers and I am SO GLAD I landed at Smartsheet. The team is incredible - the managers are so helpful, encouraging and want to see you succeed. It seems like there are many opportunities to advance your career. Onboarding was long but PAID! and helped me learn more about our product and company as a whole. 10/10 would recommend!

      Cons

      Parking is not compensated at the office, but I've heard this is fairly typical in Boston and going into the office is not required.

      Pros

      Though I am still fairly new to the company, my experience with Smartsheet has been nothing short of fantastic. The benefits that they have are amazing and almost unheard of in the industry as well as the respect and teamwork. Everyone that I have talked with or reached out to has been easy to work with and goes above and beyond to try and help.

      Cons

      Depending on where you are geographically located, this can be challenging as the bulk of the team is located PST.
