-Human first environment -Flexible and Supportive environment -Cares about diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and is making real strides in their journey to support efforts in the DE&I space; far more so than in any other company I’ve ever worked for -Best pay and benefits program I’ve ever experienced -Truly enjoy day to day work and working with my team; enjoy my work days more than I ever have anywhere else Extremely satisfied working at Smartsheet and am both actively thinking about and talking to my manager about my growth and development and where my future at Smartsheet will take me!
