      - Customers love the product and use it in thousands of different ways - Flexibility in everything we do - Employee-first mentality - Compensation, RSU/stock bonuses - Every year has brought new and exciting challenges

      Pros

      I've worked for some really good companies, but I would put Smartsheet at the top of my list. The compensation and benefits are great, but there is much more than that. There are a lot of smart people here - who want to make a difference. We are encouraged to think outside-of-the-box, take chances, make mistakes, and be creative. By doing those things, more often than not, we make progress. Solving for customer's real issues. We really have an impact! Whether it's helping to land a vehicle on Mars - or to help a company find a vaccine for a worldwide pandemic - we help real companies who help real people.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. Gaps are listened to and corrected.
