      Amazing product and customer base that was eager to use Smartsheet. C-level leaders were fantastic and consistently made the right decisions for the business. Clear, aggressive comp plans, always had the ability to make money

      Cons

      Mid-managers and sales leadership was challenging at the time. Decisions made in roles that put long standing culture at-risk

      Decent wlb, team dependent, some decent benefits

      Cons

      Sales is turning into a churn factory. OTE is too low, especially for the stress new management puts in everyone. Constant PIPs in the sales org. Books are horrible also some reps are horrible.
