Great product but senior management is not good

Decent product, pay is good and benefits are decent.

Cons

Management at all levels is lacking. senior leadership all the way up to the VP level is clueless. They fight over work that is not owned by them, they can't agree on anything and the trickle down affect is terrible. One senior leader says one thing and the others disagree and tell you to go in a different direction. The affect on directors and senior managers is stunning and leads them to be terrible leaders as well. They do not promote from within and did not even talk to an internal employee about a job opening, instead sending a canned message saying that this person was not qualified.

Pros

Onboarding experience is very organized. People love what they do and will help you no matter what. Company values are spread across the company. The company has a lot of tools so that you can be self-sufficient when finding information about everything like: holidays, org charts, payday, etc. The company provides a Smartsheet Buddy who is a person that is there for you during your first month, he/she can answer anything in regards of your position, Smartsheet tool questions, etc. At least on my position we strive to have everything completed within working hours so for now there is no OT.

Cons

The company is growing a lot (which is a PRO), therefore there are lots of new processes that are not documented.
