The product org is disjointed at times and struggles to figure out exactly what they need to build

-Monthly targets, not even remove focus on what you close in 6 weeks or 10 weeks, it’s all about this month -Overhired and now (h2 2023 and q1 2024) trying to reduce sales staff through putting everyone on a pip that did not hit their target for 2 months in a row. -no mission or culture - not even all hands calls or strategy outlook sessions for staff -majority not hitting target -I hear from people who stayed it’s become a terribly toxic culture
