      Significant shift in the culture under the new BI & Data Science leadership towards a more value-driven and experimentation-based culture. Leadership driven focus on strategic alignment with Company's objective. I get a lot of opportunities to present my work directly to senior leadership of the company and produce meaningful impact. We are a diverse team. Being Remote first and unlimited PTO provides a lot of flexibility.
