- Lots of good people work here - Good work/life balance - Flexible remote work (for now)

Cons

- Culture, quality, and just about everything has taken a nosedive since being purchased by Blackrock, et. al. in 2025 - Layoffs have been happening, and teams are getting transitioned to India - Benefits have been cut - Not a good outlook
