I love the company culture and I love all of the managers I've worked with so far! They are very invested in maintaining and growing talent at Smartsheet and my managers have been very hands-on with helping me succeed. There is lots of room for internal growth and great work/life balance...I'm encouraged to take time off and I rarely feel overworked or stressed.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the pay is slightly lower for this role than at other companies.
