      Smartsheet is truly one of the best companies i've ever worked for. The people are so friendly, helpful, and are so much of a community here, even being remote and worlds apart.

      Solid & Safe - Great Place to Begin a Career

      Pros

      Very supportive teams and leadership. Great place to grow skills, decent mobility vertically and horizontally. Very friendly place to work. Opinions and ideas are valued and actually can make it up the chain.

      Cons

      Weak Sales/Product Communication (both directions). No real push to improve quality of Sales team. Seems to be afraid of bold moves, be it around meaningful action on DEI or modern, out-of-the-box benefits. These areas tend to be supported more strongly by bold Directors than executives.
