      Pros

      - good benefits, flex time off, RSU grant offering is great - cool initiatives to learn from - product is great, customers love Smartsheet. It's fun to be a part of that

      Cons

      - lack of people of color in leadership positions; lack of diversity across the company - culture isn't the best sometimes, interpersonal relationships between employees and cross departmentally are not always great. Sometimes tension between the field employees specifically

      Growing company starting to be more like others in Tech

      Pros

      Great culture in some of the groups. The mobile pillar was amazing to work for. Takes work life balance seriously, and everyone from ICs to Directors are encouraged to take time off. Seeing people take 2-4 weeks in the summer plus other leave spread over the year is common.

      Cons

      Laying off workers, including some who have been at the company for many years.
