      Pros

      I have been at Smartsheet for over 3 years and it has been an amazing experience for me. Leadership is caring and considerate, on top of being effective and driven. I feel very well respected and heard within the company, and enjoy who I work with. The combination of personable skills/people with the technical skills and drive makes this an amazing place to work.

      We used to get snacks in the office but now we have to work remote ;)

      Great company culture, mission, and vision with competitive compensation & generous parental leave

      Cons

      Technical and customer success resources are very limited, so you have to tackle a ton of addt'l work outside of the typical sales motion, including building environments, customer success like engagements, renewals, etc.
