      Pros

      The best part of this job are the people you get to work with. The product and subsequent customer relationships are great as well.

      Cons

      There are lingering growing pains and lacking processes for a company of this size. In addition, it has been made very clear that you are compensated based on your tenure and title, not your contributions, performance, or responsibilities. Lastly, it is getting increasingly difficult to see how your career can grow at Smartsheet because of the large portion of the management team that is hired in, rather than developed.
