      In an exploding space as a first mover, it always feels great to work with the leader in an exciting market. While no job comes without its challenges, the evolution and growth that Smartsheet has shown to respond to unexpected times has made it easier on employees like me. There is a ton of inward and upward mobility, giving opportunities to expand your knowledge, and as the company has grown, the loyalty to employees is clear.
