Pros
I am a new employee at SmartSheet and everything has been rock solid top to bottom. Management is thoughtful, strategic and very open about company direction and expectations of employees. The product is adored by customers and the capabilities and add ons make selling a lot of fun here. The growth happening is an extremely unique opportunity and the company culture is invigorating. It's not often that you look forward going to work on a Monday but I can say with full transparency that I enjoy coming to work with my colleagues day in and day out. We are currently in a WeWork Space right by South Station but we are moving into a permanent space in April right around the corner. If you are a driven, bright and motivated salesperson, you are most likely, a fantastic fit for this organization.
