Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the organizational transparency at Smartsheet -- we agree it is vitally important for employees to feel connected to our mission and goals. We are not in a position to extend this same transparency to our team on individual employee performance issues because we consider them to be private. We’re sorry that your perception was that HR and management weren’t communicating or validating important personnel decisions. We believe that perception is largely the result of protecting individual right to privacy, not the absence of an evaluation process.
