Cons
No 401K matching, performance-related bonuses or other workplace perks. Insurance/benefits so-so but not great. There is a lack of formal policies and procedures, no documentation, no human resource administration whatsoever and no clear alignment between the company's overall vision for future growth (as based upon competitive advantage), its business plan and the drivers behind the software development life cycle.
