      Benefits and people are good

      Cons

      Going downhill fast. Have completely destroyed value proposition for customers. Selling is 5x harder now and customers remain angry over change in pricing model. Reputation is suffering.

      Pros

      Work with some great people. Everyone is very collaborative and helpful. There is a shared mission of taking care of the customer and seeing results.

      Cons

      After the acquisition by Black Rock in 2025, the company is going through some major changes to the organizational structure and leadership. It seems like the culture is already starting to change and not in a positive direction. Territories and accounts are not always distributed in an equitable way from year to year making some AEs have much larger challenges to consistent quota attainment.
