      - great benefits/ opportunities - great work life balance & flexibility - remote / hybrid option for most positions, remote first company

      Cons

      - only two locations in USA, could be limiting - have to constantly speak up about wanting to move up or progress to a different position

      Leadership seems so disconnected from the reality of the company. They push changes and then it just causes chaos. Morale is super low.
