We’re happy to hear that you found a community at Smartsheet through our ERGs, had a great work-life balance, and created relationships with your colleagues. We agree - we have some of the brightest and best talent here at Smartsheet! The opportunities that our employees have to innovate (especially during Hack the Sheet) have resulted in new features, as well as a space to get creative and have fun. We also appreciate the feedback provided on areas we can improve. In regards to our compensation - we conduct an annual review of all pay ranges to ensure that we remain competitive in the market. Along with this, our Talent Management team has a robust talent review process that ensures employees are recognized for their performance, which includes promotions and raises. In regards to leadership, decision making, and internal processes - we are going through a time of high growth and change. However, times of growth can also be an opportunity to evaluate our internal processes and make changes to ensure that we are able to keep up. We appreciate all of the advice to management to ensure we remain a great place to work, thank you again!
