      Bit of a let down but plan to see it through

      Pros

      Great people, mid-level leaders and work life balance. Learning a lot about sales and different industries

      Cons

      Joined for the opportunity to succeed only to find no possibility of hitting targets. Monday.com taking up marketshare. Lead flow low and spammy. Product not aligned to current needs of the market. Hoping the acquisition will help re-focus and fund better product and go to market strategy.

      Worst job ever

      It's a job that provides salary

      Cons

      The company is chaotic. Worst company I've ever worked at. The leadership team isn't good at communicating what they want and people are just fighting for scope, trying to improve the experience of a horrible product with unmotivated engineers is just impossible.
