People to work with that care about you. Let me say, SmartVault, lovely, everyone there is good. However, you're under the UK company "G etBusy". Good luck. They preach family, but when I got sick, I got fired immediately.

I enjoyed my time there. They have a clear vision, know where they want to go, will work to help you get up to speed, but you need to get up to speed quickly.

Cons

If you are not able to get up to speed, it can be tough.
