Incredible opportunity for growth and the privilege of working with some of the biggest, boldest customers on the planet. We're in an industry that's rapidly changing (in so many positive ways) and SmashFly's brand is well respected in the space. This gives us the opportunity to help shape the future of our industry and really paint a picture of what talent acquisition and recruiting could be. There's also a sense of community and team at this company that I haven't seen elsewhere. People truly have each other's back and we all work to support the company's larger goals — creating a sense of collaboration that leads to some really inspiring cross-team efforts.
Cons
It's a growing company with growing pains at times. But through those pains, management and senior leadership is always transparent and we do our best to treat our customers like we want to be treated — with mutual respect, honesty, and close attention to their needs.
