Relaxed, flexible and friendly atmosphere. Brilliant perks like free lunches/breakfast, sweets, beers and soft drinks. Opportunity to work with the latest technologies.

Cons

Not many. Maybe a bit of a learning curve around the existing software but this was to be expected.
